This berry smoothie my fail-safe all-time favourite.

Omega Berry Smoothie
Ingredients – Serves 1
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 2/3 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
- 250ml water
- 1/2 cup ice
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Bend for 1 minute or until a creamy consistency.
- Serve in a tall glass.
