Teresa’s Omega Berry Smoothie

Protein smoothies are a simple and tasty way to get your daily dose of protein.

This berry smoothie my fail safe all time favourite.


Omega Berry Smoothie

Ingredients – Serves 1
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 2/3 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 250ml water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Bend for 1 minute or until a creamy consistency.
  3. Serve in a tall glass.
