We met up with Paul in Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast to talk all things masters sport, including his amazing track record across surf lifesaving, swimming, open water swimming and pool rescue, and the enjoyment he gets out of coaching the next generation.

Along the way, we reminisce about the good ol’ days of ironman, and the successes he’s had with the more recent crop of surf sports stars from the humble sands of Terrigal Beach. We also touch on Paul’s coaching philosophies, taking on the big professional surf clubs and we get some tips on how to become a great surf swimmer.
