Train for a 750m – 1km ocean swim in 8-weeks

New to swimming or getting back into the pool after a break? Have A Go is your perfect starting point. This beginner-friendly 8-week program is designed to help you build confidence, fitness, and the skills needed to take on your first 1km ocean swim.

You’ll progress through light to moderate pool sessions that focus on technique, endurance, and open water readiness, complete with weekly swim drills to improve your stroke and efficiency.

Everything’s planned out for you, so you can enjoy the journey and know you’ll be ready when it’s time to dive in.
