Event nutrition: What to eat pre, during & post

You can’t guarantee how well you will preform on the day of your event but what you can control is your nutrition, hydration and energy levels. Getting your nutrition right you will feel strong and have positive memories of the day.

Season runs from 1 Oct to 30 April. Some contact out of season.
