Open water swimming wetsuits are great for increasing your speed in open water and have the obvious benefit of keeping you warm in cooler water temps.

Cleaning up your carbohydrates

Training requires adequate dietary carbohydrates especially post training. In this lesson you will learn how to consume a variety of carbs as part of a ‘carb clean up’.

Season runs from 1 Oct to 30 April. Some contact out of season.
