Interviewee: Tanya Suggett, Warrnambool ocean swimmer
Venue:

Description

We met up with Tanya at the Pavilion Cafe & Bar after her regular 3km swim in the bay with swim buddy Karoline (who had to duck off to work). After a cold shower, we talked about the growing ocean swimming scene in Warrnambool – which she has helped facilitate, an awesome initiative a local swimmer implemented with the help of the local Council, and how ocean swimming provides the perfect escape from the madness of real life.

Tanya also shared with us her secret ‘chafe prevention’ cream and we got to watch the unique scene of horses training in the ocean at sunrise.
