There is a strong focus on ocean awareness, working with the ocean and stepping outside your comfort zone.
VITALITY is designed for participants with an average swimming ability who can expect shorter swim sets, longer rests and maximum enjoyment! But don’t worry, you’ll be pushed enough to make sure you get the fitness benefits that will make you a stronger ocean swimmer.
With only six participants per class you can feel confident of your safety and enjoy personalised coaching and feedback.
