The Warriewood Ocean Swim is a regular on the ocean swims calendar on yet another spectacular beach in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Tucked between Turimetta Beach to the south and Bongin Bongin Beach (and Mona Vale) to the north, Warriewood can feel both like a little bay and an open beach.
This year the event is offering 1km and 2km swim distances in rectangle courses off the beach.
Previous iterations of this event saw it as the ‘Chieftain’s Challenge’, firstly a run-swim-run event and most recently a 2km point-to-point swim from Turimetta beach to Warriewood Beach.
