The Round North Head Classic at Narrow Neck Beach, Devonport, New Zealand, is a point-to-point swim organised by the Devonport Swim Club.
This iconic swim has become a regular fixture for many Auckland open water swimmers and offers two swim distances; a 1.2km or 2.5km ocean swim.
Swimmers in the 2.5km swim will set off from Winsdor Reserve Beach before swimming around North Head and finishing in front of Balmain Reserve on Cheltenham Beach.
Prizes will be awarded to the fastest swimmers in each category, plus on the spot prizes throughout the day.
