Mollymook ocean swim

The Mollymook ocean swim is held at the beautiful Mollymook Beach on NSW’s south coast.
The event is open to swimmers of all abilities. There is a 500m swim open to juniors (10-12 years old) and a 2km race for those aged 13 years and above. There is also a Dash for Cash, which is open for all swimmers who have competed in one of the other two events.
Mollymook is a beautiful area to relax and explore. The beach is renowned for dolphins and even whales. Head to Ulladulla and walk the Coomee Nilunga Cultural Track and discover Indigenous art and scenic coastal views. Hire a canoe or paddleboat and float along Burrill Lake.
The Mollymook ocean swim, held at the beautiful Mollymook Beach, is a fun event for swimmers of all abilities.
The 500m swim is open to 10-12 year olds and follows a U shape course in front of the Mollymook Surf Life Saving Club at the beach’s south end.
The 2km swim is open to competitors who are at least 13 years of age. It starts at the northern end of the beach and follows a course to the south end finishing at the surf club.
The Dash for Cash is open to any swimmer who has competed in one of the other two events.
