Mocean in the ocean

Relaxing ocean swims where the focus is on fun and enjoyment.

MOCEAN ocean fitness sessions are all about the motion in the ocean! They’re for ocean swimmers who want to enjoy a nice relaxing ocean swim.

There’s never any pressure to get your heart-rate up (although you’ll still get plenty of fitness benefits) and the focus is purely on fun and enjoyment.

Sessions will be guided by what participants would like to do, and could include anything from a long casual swim to a body surfing session.

Bring a friend and have a laugh while getting fit – then treat yourself after with a coffee and catch up.

The spring block has started, and all classes are full. The summer 6-week ocean fitness block starts the week beginning Monday, 8 January and registration will be available early December. Let us know if you’d like a reminder.

  • Very small group size
  • Personal attention from instructor

Class size

Capped at a maximum of 6 participants.

Common questions

Our season runs for 8-weeks in the lead up to Christmas, and then the 8-weeks after New Years.

Participants need to sign up for a whole block of eight classes upfront. There is no concession for classes missed during a block due to our extremely small class sizes (1:6).

During some seasons, depending on weather, we may run a pre-season and/or post-season. These are communicated to participants and times are managed around the sunlight hours available.
