VITALITY
- What is VITALITY? This is the entry-level skill development program for beginner ocean swimmers.
There is a strong focus on developing basic ocean swimming technique and knowledge and the delivery of classes is dependent on the level of the group.
You can expect to learn more than you think, develop your skills and increase your fitness.
- A typical session
- Warm up – A short jog and stretch before you hit the water.
- Get wet – Hit the water with a short swim to warm up those arms a bit more.
- Skill development – We’ll target a few specific skills and practice practice practice.
- Into practice – Once we’ve developed the skills we’ll put them into practice in a range of exercises.
- Take it longer – On nice days we’ll go for a swim to help build your aerobic fitness base.
- Fun finish – One last fun game or exercise to send you on your way smiling.
