- What’s involved?Having an efficient swimming stroke is so important if you’re looking to enjoy a lifestyle of ocean swimming.
Whether you’re swimming distances in open water, wanting to navigate the surf zone more efficiently or knock minutes off your event times then improving your stroke should be your #1 priority.
This intensive 3 1/2 hour stroke correction clinic will break down your stroke and re-construct it so you swim with minimal effort.
- What you’ll get- Introduction to basic strategies of balance, streamlining and propulsion
- Learn key drills as tools, and how to apply them to improving your whole stroke- Learn how to engage and swim from your core/torso for improved efficiency
- Know what efficient swimming looks, feels and sounds like
- You will also receive- Video uploads of your stroke from above and below water
- 2 progressive practice sessions for post workshop self guided practice
