While you’re there

The Salamanca Market in Hobart is a must-see and is open every Saturday. With more than 300 stalls, the market attracts visitors for food and music – fresh fruit, organic vegetables, local buskers and more.
A cruise to MONA also needs to be on the cards. The Museum of Old and New Art is located within the Moorilla winery and features some of the world’s infamous and thought-provoking contemporary art.
Enjoy a beautiful, fresh Japanese meal at The Glass House on Brooke Street Pier or a tasty steak at Rockwall Bar and Grill in preparation for the big race.
