Whether you’re coming back to swimming after a long break or you’re completely new to swimming, we’ll help you prepare for your 750m to 1.5km ocean swim goal.

You’ll learn how to eat, train and think like a swimmer. We’ll teach you about how the ocean works, how to approach it as an ocean swimmer and the techniques required to ocean swim efficiently and confidently.

The pool training sessions build up from light to medium-volume and include swim drills each week to help you develop a stroke that is efficient in both the pool and the open water environment.

If you’re not quite sure how to structure your training to reach your goal, then this challenge will take all the thinking out of it, allowing you to enjoy the journey knowing you’ll be fit and ready for the big day.
